Romexsoft

Romexsoft successfully developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a financial education platform. The client, a startup developing a fantasy stock investing app, required heavy front- and backend work in AWS but lacked the budget to support a full development team. Romexsoft offered an effective solution by developing both the front- and backend of the app, along with the server-side and all required functionalities. The project, which started in April 2021, is ongoing and has seen an investment of between $250,000–$500,000. Romexsoft was contracted by a SaaS company to migrate one of their solutions to another cloud service. The company, which provides compliance solutions to the consumer goods industry, selected Romexsoft based on the quality and affordability of their offer. After the successful migration, Romexsoft worked on stabilizing the solution, removing bugs, and improving existing features. The project team consisted of a team lead, a full-time back-end developer, a part-time manual QA resource, and a DevOps engineer when needed. Romexsoft was hired by a UK-based healthcare marketplace to manage their AWS infrastructure. The client wanted to focus on product delivery while an external team handled infrastructure operations 24/7. Romexsoft was chosen for their detailed technical solutions and experience managing cloud services for UK companies. They successfully coordinated with AWS/DevOps to run a Well-Architected Review, set up a monitoring and alerts system, moved all services to containers, scheduled a disaster recovery process, and reduced costs on AWS and other systems. The client was satisfied with the smoother and easier releases enabled by Romexsoft's work.
