RoleModel Software was contracted by SEC Associates, Inc. to implement a major upgrade and migration of their software platform and application. Over a decade, they provided software project development, testing, rollout, and maintenance support. They also offered ongoing technical support, including managing the platform and handling urgent security upgrades. RoleModel successfully implemented multiple software platform and application upgrades, updates, and migrations. Their work helped to keep SEC's platform and application current and secure. The platform is used by many top global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.

RoleModel Software was hired by a boat dock construction company in Lake Granbury, Texas, to develop a custom software. The software replaced the old school, time-consuming pen and paper method used for sales, design, and pricing estimates. RoleModel built the software from scratch, which allowed the company to design boat docks in front of clients and provide estimated price tags. The software followed engineering rules when designing a boat dock, allowing for modifications within those rules. The project, which lasted from August to December 2022, was considered successful and beneficial for the company.

Upward Management Group, a company providing management solutions for rent-to-own providers, hired RoleModel Software to create a portal where they could import all rent-to-own contracts. RoleModel built the portal from scratch, which allowed the company to collect and import contracts, search and find contracts, create new ones, and create user login credentials. The portal also provided several functions such as generating a new contract, processing a sale order, and invoicing. The engagement, which started in April 2021, has been on and off, but the company continues to go to RoleModel for new software iterations or implementations.
