Rohallion was contracted by the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP), a non-profit voluntary regulator, to revamp their website. The goal was to transition from an outdated and expensive system to a modern, user-friendly platform that would allow RAMP to update information independently and streamline the renewal process for registrants. Rohallion's team, led by a project manager and a developer, successfully delivered on these objectives. The client was particularly impressed with the vendor's professionalism, timely updates, and attentiveness to their needs.
The Copeland Borough Council, a local government authority, engaged Rohallion to improve their website's user interface and functionality. The council needed online forms for businesses to apply for grant support, which Rohallion provided. They worked closely with the council's internal IT team to shift the website onto a new platform, making it easier for the public to apply and for the council to handle back-office administration. The client worked directly with Rohallion's director, Duncan, and the engagement is ongoing as of November 2020.
Robertson Group, a UK-based construction and support services company, hired Rohallion to create a website for a partner project about a new development. The goal was to develop a bilingual website that could serve as a communication tool for partners and stakeholders for up to five years. The website was designed to be scalable, accommodating future content and functionality updates. Rohallion also integrated a multi-agency chat support service, Freshdesk, and provided training for the in-house team. The project was delivered on time and on budget, meeting the complex demands of the partners and exceeding their expectations.
