Rococo PR & Media

Rococo PR & Media was hired by an international NGO focused on energy, water, and agriculture, to create digital marketing materials for their program in Kenya. The project involved a high-quality photoshoot featuring farmers using solar technologies, developing a 4-5 minute video, creating an impact story, and producing content for banners, flyers, and social media. Rococo PR & Media was also tasked with facilitating media coverage, providing guidance to the NGO staff for continued campaign implementation, and ensuring that all content adhered to the NGO's brand guidelines. The vendor's team included photographers, videographers, editors, voice-over artists, communications specialists, and an accountant.

The NGO selected Rococo PR & Media through a competitive proposal process. The project deliverables included photos in PNG format, content provided in InDesign, digital documents adhering to the NGO's brand guidelines, video content in high definition, and approved public relations and press releases. All the consent for individuals featured in the photos and videos had to be provided to the NGO's communication team at the end of the project. The vendor's team that worked on the project included photographers, videographers, editors, voice-over artists, communications specialists, and an accountant.
