Rocket Fuel Labs was hired by the Head of ECommerce of Odeko, a company that builds technology and services to help food service businesses compete with global franchises. The primary objectives were to increase customer acquisition rate and support funnel optimization and improvements to the user experience for their B2B2C eCommerce platform, Barista Underground. Rocket Fuel Labs, selected for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and referral, provided digital marketing and growth strategy support. Key deliverables included developing and executing paid media campaigns, optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases, conducting UX audits and CRO testing to improve conversion rates, and developing automated email campaigns to drive reorders and customer engagement. The team of 2-5 employees also provided in-depth weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign data. Rocket Fuel Labs acted as an extension of the Barista Underground team, bringing deep expertise in digital marketing and growth strategy to help scale revenue and improve marketing efficiency.
