Rocbird was hired by Devlights, a company that builds remote teams with Staff Augmentation and Custom Software Development services, to improve the efficiency and quality of their customer service. Rocbird developed a speech analytics system in the form of a web portal, utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The system used natural language processing and speech analytics to extract valuable information from customer conversations. By analyzing large amounts of audio data, Rocbird was able to identify patterns and trends that provided insights into customer needs and wants.

A financial company hired Rocbird to assist in the development of a Departmental Data Warehouse (DW), business management dashboards, and the development of Data Governance Police Institutional. Rocbird also aided in core migration and the development and automation of data validation and profiling processes. The scope of work included the development of processes for the application of data governance, the development of a departmental DW, and the presentation of information for decision making according to defined business policies.

Rocbird was hired by Bancor, a public banking entity belonging to the Province of Córdoba, for a database migration project. The objective was to develop tasks related to changing the data origin due to the bank going through a process of core change. Rocbird undertook the migration of customer databases to Bantotal, aiming to improve value chain visibility and enhance the customer entity perspective. Through the analysis of customer behavior, Rocbird ensured data quality and utilized Bantotal's databases, data analysis, and modeling tools. The main focus was on achieving efficient data migration, conducting quality assurance measures, and generating customer value.
