In a collaboration with a Category Management Company, RITS effectively addressed the needs of Sabre in Poland for Contingent Workforce through the MSP Program. The goal was to manage the contingent workforce demand and collaborate with partners to support this demand in the most effective way. RITS was selected for the project after a thorough evaluation of their talent, technical capabilities, and speed of delivery. The team comprised of IT consultants, Software Developers, Engineers, and Quality Assurance Testers.
RITS also provided IT recruitment for a staffing and recruitment firm. The company needed IT specialists for their client and RITS was able to fulfill this requirement. The specialists carried out international projects for the client's tourism and aviation industries. RITS was selected for the project due to their high score in matching candidate profiles to job posting requirements, time to response, and experience in IT sourcing area. They provided 38 specialists in 2019 and 54 in 2020. The team was led by an Account Manager from RITS who was responsible for distributing the job postings and maintaining communication with the hiring managers.
