Ripple Design

Ripple Design was hired by a skydiving and aviation company to assist with UI/UX design for their custom session initiation protocol (SIP) phone system. Working with the client's technical team, they developed an efficient UI/UX design for the business management system. They used Adobe XD and Zeplin to create and edit booking screens, enable reservation capabilities, and connect the system to a call center agent, flight dispatch, and payroll. Ripple Design also provided QA on the technical team’s work and made suggestions for improvement. The project began in May 2019 and is ongoing, with the early stages completed and production underway. The total investment so far is around $2,000.

BlitzAI, an all-in-one enterprise AI platform, hired Ripple Design for UX development. They wanted a minimalistic user interface that could effectively display complex data elements such as graphs and data grids. Ripple Design conducted extensive research and worked closely with the BlitzAI team to create a clean, intuitive UX. The client was extremely satisfied with the work and commended Ripple Design for exceeding their expectations.

Ripple Design was also hired by Blueprint Co., a construction collaboration tool, to create wireframes for their platform. The team, consisting of the founder, a senior designer, and HR and Ops, offered valuable suggestions and conducted extensive industry research to understand the product better. Throughout the project, the client worked with five members of the Ripple Design team, split between two parts of the project. The client found the Ripple Design team extremely proactive and helpful at each stage of the project.
