Rill Insights

Rill Insights was hired by Vasion, a company aimed at eliminating print servers, to create and implement a product feedback strategy. The project encompassed centralizing knowledge for the product team, developing a CX strategy, and building a culture focused on gathering feedback to inform the product roadmap. Rill Insights was selected due to their great cultural fit and alignment of product values. The project, led by a single Rill Insights employee, involved up-leveling Vasion's product and design organization. Key deliverables included a research guide, key training, and ongoing support for product managers and designers. The results were highly satisfactory, with the company appreciating the significant improvement in their product and design organization.
