The portal, originally powered by Salesforce, allowed travel and cargo agents to access services and information, and communicate with customer service representatives. The IATA sought to transition some of these exclusive services to a mobile platform, prompting the need for iOS and Android app development. The Right IT Services team, led by a technical architect and a Scrum project manager, utilized technologies like iTunes, Google Drive, OneDrive, Marvel App, and Tricentis Tosca to meet the project requirements. The collaboration began in October 2017 and is ongoing, with a pilot version of the app currently being launched and a global rollout expected in a month.
