Right IT Services was contracted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to develop a customer care mobile app. IATA sought to transition some of its customer portal services, which was powered by Salesforce and offered exclusive services to travel agents, airlines, and cargo agents, to a mobile app. Right IT Services was given the business requirements and went ahead to develop the iOS and Android versions of the app. Technologies such as iTunes, Google Drive, and OneDrive were used in the process. The development was based on Salesforce, with demos provided via Marvel App, and testing done using Tricentis Tosca. Communication was mainly with the technical architect, the Scrum project manager, and the CEO of Right IT Services. The engagement, which started in October 2017, is ongoing with a pilot already launched and a global rollout planned for the next month.
