Ribbonfalls

Ribbonfalls was hired by TSI Analytics Group to develop an MVP for their analytics platform product. The project was initiated due to TSI's lack of technical skills and the need for a technology partner that could work with minimal supervision. Ribbonfalls was selected based on positive recommendations and the company's ability to work independently, offering their solutions. A team of eight, including a project manager, business analyst, team lead, developers, and a designer, was assigned to the project. The project began with the client delivering their vision, followed by defining technical requirements and discussing design ideas. After the design was confirmed, the actual development started. The process involved many iterations of refining specific features and testing, with TSI participating in testing and proposing changes based on their opinion and user feedback. The development team also focused on optimizing performance and ensuring a smooth user experience. The project was completed within a reasonable time and with a tight budget, and the product was launched successfully. The client was particularly impressed with the user interface and design proposed by Ribbonfalls, stating that it was brilliant and that the designer understood their needs almost immediately.
