Ribbonfalls

Ribbonfalls was contracted by TSI Analytics Group, an innovative financial analytics provider, to develop the MVP of their analytics platform product. With no internal technical skills, TSI trusted Ribbonfalls to develop according to their vision and adapt as customer feedback was received. Ribbonfalls impressed with their ability to work with limited direction and proposed solutions that not only met the brief but exceeded expectations. The project began with the delivery of TSI's vision, followed by the outlining of technical requirements and the discussion of design ideas. Once the design was confirmed, the development started. The process involved numerous iterations of refining specific features and testing, with TSI participating in testing and proposing changes based on their opinion and user feedback. The development team from Ribbonfalls, consisting of a project manager, a business analyst, a team lead, a development team, and a designer, also paid significant attention to optimizing performance and improving the system's interaction with the database. This ensured a smooth user experience with no lags. In total, eight people from Ribbonfalls worked on the project. TSI was particularly impressed with the user interface and design proposed by Ribbonfalls, describing it as brilliant. The designer was commended for quickly understanding and mastering TSI's needs. With Ribbonfalls' help, TSI was able to launch their analytics platform product to the public on a tight budget and within a reasonable timeframe, achieving their goal of creating a product that could be supported with minimal resources later on.
