Highlights from Recent Projects
REWSOFT undertook development and consultancy outsourcing services for a SaaS firm. The client, a company that aids businesses in creating forms for various processes, initially lacked the necessary skillsets in-house. REWSOFT was brought on board to provide the required Python and Google App Engine expertise. Over the first few years, REWSOFT handled all the development, gradually transitioning to a more advisory role as the client built up their in-house team. The collaboration with REWSOFT began in October 2015 and continues to this day, with the client having invested over $100,000 in the project.
For Organization View, a data science company with a focus on technology data for large corporations, REWSOFT developed a customized web application. The app, a survey tool, runs in real-time on Google Cloud, and was built using Python on Google App Engine, with BigQuery used for data input. The client has invested $120,000 in the project so far, and the successful partnership, which started in January 2014, continues to this day, with REWSOFT currently working on a new app for the client.
An agricultural mapping company engaged REWSOFT to develop a solution allowing users to represent their farms and ranches on Google Maps. REWSOFT integrated the client's solution with Google Maps, creating a Chrome-based web app available on both desktop and mobile. The project, which began in 2015, also involved some outsourced icon design services. The client invested around $200,000 in the project, which has seen several versions of the tool launched since its inception, with the most significant release occurring in 2018.
