Revenue Architects was hired by 4R Systems, a software solutions provider, to help build a sustainable revenue model and devise a sales and marketing strategy for demand generation and pipeline execution. The project also involved rebranding the company, including the website, logo, digital profile and overall company messaging. Revenue Architects was selected after an RFP process and stood out for their comprehensive response and suggestions. They implemented a series of workshops and used well-defined methodologies, tools and templates to extract core strategies. The team composition included their Chief Revenue Officer, CEO and various SMEs.
In another project, Revenue Architects was contracted by Redmond Communications, an IT company, to provide marketing support and CRM migration services. The scope of their involvement included creating customer presentations, videos, sales training strategies, slide decks, and ROI calculators and provided marketing support using Sharp Spring. The engagement, which started in January 2020, involved a discovery process to understand the business challenges.
