REVE Systems Ltd. was contracted by BTCL, a government-owned telecommunications service provider in Bangladesh, for the BTCL IP Telephony Project (Alaap). The project aimed to design and develop a next-generation OTT communication application to strengthen BTCL's digital presence and retain their fixed-line user base. REVE Systems delivered an end-to-end OTT ecosystem, including Android and iOS mobile apps, Class 5 softswitch integration with real-time billing, RCS-based messaging, and cloud scalability. The app also includes online recharge, voice and bundle package purchase options, and Virtual IP-based calling for local and international communication. The final solution provides a modern, reliable, and feature-rich communication experience that enhances BTCL's brand value and customer engagement.

In another project, REVE Systems Ltd. was hired by Amber IT Limited, a leading ISP in Bangladesh. The project involved the development of a Class5 Soft switch and Billing, Advance mobile application, SMS Solution, Cloud Contact center solution, and Live Chat and Bot. The scope of work included IPTSP switch and billing solution, MNP dipping, Cloud PABX solution with small office management, SMS solution with Billing and multitenant support, Live chat and AI-enabled Bot and integration with ticketing and CRM, and a Mobile dialer for voice, video, SMS, IM integrated with different payment systems. The project resulted in a comprehensive suite of solutions for Amber IT, including billing, charging, packaging, reporting, and analytics.
