The project aimed at sourcing and reaching a specific number of contacts, and creating an opportunity pipeline. Retriever was selected through a cold outreach by one of its founders on LinkedIn, followed by several discovery calls and a 90-day paid pilot. The project involved in-depth analysis of the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), building searches in Sales Navigator for leads, and developing a messaging and outreach cadence. Weekly discussions were held to review progress and make necessary adjustments. The team from Retriever consisted of one of the founders and 2-3 members who executed the work on a weekly basis. The project proved successful in meeting the client's goals.
