Retain

Retain was hired by a European personal care products brand to develop a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform within a strict timeline of 12 weeks. The project emphasized the product detail pages and checkout process, which were previously affected by unoptimized content. Retain was chosen for their understanding of the brand's strategy and their technical solution expertise. The project involved gathering information, planning, designing, content writing, coding, testing, and maintenance, with a team of four from Retain, including a project lead, project manager, lead developer, and UX/UI designer.

A global FMCG corporation specializing in personal care products hired Retain to develop and maintain their UK/EU eCommerce sites. The goal was to deliver a scalable and lightweight eCommerce site at a reasonable cost. Retain, having a prior relationship with the client, provided services such as project planning and management, UI/UX design, content design advice, WooCommerce site development, and third-party vendor integration. The team from Retain involved in the project included members who shared plans, updated project status, and oversaw execution.

Retain was hired by a mobile app development company to conduct user testing for a client project. The goal was to understand user interaction with the website and ensure the user experience was easy and intuitive. They interviewed the users in a testing studio, observing their movements and interactions with the product.
