The goal of this project was to ensure that the company remained competitive in the insurance industry from a compensation perspective. The Board of Directors and a 3-person Personnel Committee from the company worked closely with the RDC team to evaluate the position and requirements, select and interview candidates, and coordinate the offer and onboarding of the selected candidate.
