Reliable Technology Services was hired by a church to upgrade their antiquated IT system. After a thorough evaluation, the company proposed improvements and proceeded to revamp the entire system, installing new hardware and software to enhance security and performance. The church worked directly with the founder and CEO, Jason, who delegated tasks to his team. The church chose Reliable Technology Services from three potential companies, based on the strength of their interview. The project, which began in October 2020, is still ongoing and has cost approximately $500,000.

In another project, Reliable Technology Services provided IT services to a law firm, handling issues with their computers, getting systems back up and running, and overseeing most of their software installation. They also assisted with two systems, running everything on one system and performing remote work. The law firm has worked with 4-5 people from Reliable Technology Services over the years. The engagement, which began in June 2010, is still ongoing.

Reliable Technology Services also worked with a software development company, Pixel and Texel, to establish a strong, secure Wi-Fi network for their team of developers. The company also set up a firewall and provided IT support services for the staff. The software development company worked with two teammates from Reliable Technology Services, who they found through an online search. The engagement, which began in October 2022, is still ongoing.
