Reliable

Reliable was hired by Sarott Design, an advertising agency, to help with their clients' web development and design needs. The project began in September 2015 and is still ongoing. The Reliable team, consisting of a web designer, a web developer, a project manager, and a customer communications specialist, designed the client's website on Figma, created visual properties and elements, and built an HTML website that was later transferred to WordPress. The collaboration has been quite successful, with roughly $60,000 invested in the project to date. The owner of Sarott Design has praised Reliable's amazing customer service, communication, and responsiveness.

In another project, Reliable was engaged by Pengrin, a flooring company based in Prague, to develop their website. The project ran from May to June 2021 and involved the creation of the website from scratch. The Reliable team, led by the owner and a web designer, used images, product details, customer reviews, and company descriptions provided by the client to build the site. The client invested approximately $6,000 in the project and was impressed by Reliable's quick response time and the ease with which they could still contact the company even after the project's completion.

Reliable was also enlisted by Hazen Creative, a web and graphic design firm, to provide ongoing technical support for their numerous clients, particularly those with WordPress sites. The project involved troubleshooting technical issues that were beyond the client's expertise. The scope of work varied from project to project and was managed by a project manager and a contact person from Reliable. Hazen Creative appreciated the Reliable team's ability to manage developers at a reasonable cost and their assistance in resolving issues that were outside of their scope of expertise.
