Highlights from Recent Projects
Relevant Bits was hired by the founder of a startup mobile app business to create wireframes and mockups for a mobile application. The project, which focused on user interface and user experience design, aimed to provide a clear visual guide for developers to follow. The client had previously worked with Relevant Bits and had been impressed by their ability to quickly understand complex business concepts and translate them into intelligent design. Over the course of two months, the client and Relevant Bits held regular meetings to discuss functionality and design ideas. The project team consisted of two UX/UI designers. The client was pleased with the final designs and found the process efficient and cost-effective.
In another project, Relevant Bits was engaged by a B2B e-commerce solutions firm to revamp the usability of their 11-year-old platform. The project focused on improving user experience, aesthetics, and internalization. Relevant Bits helped the client transition from a B2C user experience to a B2B one, and also assisted in choosing a more professional color scheme and improving the look of their widgets and buttons. The project involved a tech stack revamp, using ReactJS for the frontend and Ruby on Rails for the backend. The team was made up of project managers, designers, and technical experts. The client invested between $150,000 and $160,000 in the project, which began in April 2019 and is still ongoing.
Relevant Bits was also hired by a new e-commerce consultancy, Bluehorn Digital, for website design and branding. The goal of the project was to have marketing materials available for the website, slide decks, and promotional materials. The project started with a session to develop a mood board and gain a sense of design styles and colors. This was followed by weekly meetings to build off of the mood board and wireframes. The team comprised a user experience designer and a visual designer. The client chose Relevant Bits due to their previous experience with the team and was confident in their ability to deliver a modern appeal.
