Relab Studios

Relab Studios was hired by FURNISHD, a PropTech startup, to design the UI/UX for their platform. The project was divided into four main parts: reviewing the existing customer journey and user persona, clarifying goals and providing solution sketches, drawing the prototype and collecting customer feedback, and finally, documentation. The Relab Studios team also provided suggestions for branding, marketing, and product development. The project was successfully completed with a cost of approximately $38,000 USD. The client was pleased with the results and continues to work with Relab Studios for any adjustments needed on the website.

In another project, a boutique holiday accommodation in Tasmania hired Relab Studios to create and build a new website for their business. This included branding, framework, and artwork. The client had previously worked with Relab Studios and was confident in their capability to deliver the required results. The project was completed with 2-3 full-time positions from the vendor's team. The client was satisfied with the work done by Relab Studios.

Relab Studios was also contracted by LeaseSuite, Australia’s first comprehensive lease management platform, to create a user persona and customer journey for their target clients and design a minimum viable product (MVP) prototype. The project was completed with 2-5 employees from Relab Studios using various methods of communication including in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email. The project deliverables included a high fidelity design prototype, design files, a video of user interview highlights, and a summary report of user interview sessions.
