Relab Studios

Relab Studios was hired by a boutique holiday accommodation service in Tasmania to develop a new website. The client, having worked with Relab previously, trusted them to deliver on their requirements for a complete website rebuild, including branding, framework, and artwork. Two to three full-time positions from Relab worked on this project. The result was a comprehensive, brand-aligned website that met all the client's specifications and needs.

In another project, Relab Studios was commissioned by Steele Consulting to create a user persona and customer journey for their lease management platform, LeaseSuite. Relab was chosen for their budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and positive referrals. They were tasked to design a minimum viable product (MVP) prototype. The key deliverables included a high-fidelity design prototype, design files, a video of user interview highlights, and a summary report of user interview sessions. The project was successfully completed with a well-designed MVP prototype that aligned with the client's objectives.

Relab Studios also provided business consulting services for a Melbourne-based startup, BinCaring. The startup sought to discover opportunities and define the vision for their residential "Bin Services" gig-economy-business. Relab was selected for their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. They worked on defining the mission and vision of the startup, establishing business goals, analyzing potential competitors, building product/service strategy, determining proto personas, drawing the user journey map, prototyping the product/service, designing a storyboard, and running interviews to collect feedback. The client was pleased with the clarity on implementation priorities and the deployment/launch roadmap that Relab provided.
