Reflik

Reflik was hired by a creditors' rights law firm that was struggling to find suitable candidates for specialized positions across various states. Instead of the HR generalist needing to contract with multiple staffing firms, Reflik became a central point of contact. They posted job listings to recruiters from various companies and managed the recruitment process via their online interface, which functions similarly to an applicant tracking system. The HR generalist found the system easy to navigate, and appreciated the support provided by the Reflik account manager. The partnership began in May 2017 and continues to date.

Reflik was contracted by a chemical manufacturing company to streamline their recruitment process. The HR team was finding it difficult to source the right candidates, and did not have the staff capacity to manage the recruitment process effectively. Reflik stepped in to interview and refer qualified candidates, resulting in more successful placements than the company had achieved using their own website or LinkedIn. The partnership has been ongoing for almost a year, during which the company hired 50 employees, many of whom were found through Reflik.
