Reflective Digital worked with Noltic, a Salesforce consulting and development company, to improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for a financial institution in the U.S. The project involved creating flows with the customer and guiding Salesforce through the process from lead generation to closing opportunities. The original Salesforce UI was deemed ineffective and difficult to navigate, prompting the need for Reflective Digital's expertise. Two personnel from Reflective Digital were involved in the project, with the company investing $50,000 in the ongoing partnership that commenced in June 2019.
In another project, Reflective Digital collaborated with Keystroke DNA, a cybersecurity firm providing behavioral biometric authentication services. This engagement involved a complete redesign of Keystroke DNA's website content, messaging, and online product demo, aimed at improving lead generation and online sales. Reflective Digital was chosen over other Estonian companies due to their cost-effective and time-efficient proposal. The CEO of Keystroke DNA, who directly worked with Andrew Mykhashula from Reflective Digital, also contributed ideas and edits during the iterative design process.
