The original Salesforce UI was proving ineffective for the institution's sales process. Reflective Digital's role was to develop the UX flows and put together the UI screens. The company worked closely with two primary contacts from Noltic, a relationship that began in June 2019 and is still ongoing. The project has cost Noltic $50,000 so far and the partnership has been successful enough to warrant future collaboration.
Keystroke DNA, a cybersecurity firm, engaged Reflective Digital for a complete website redesign and product demo remodel. The company was seeking to improve its lead generation and online sales. Reflective Digital was chosen for the project due to their competitive pricing and timeline, and the CEO's previous positive experience working with the founder. The project involved a complete overhaul of the website's content and messaging, as well as the online product demo, with Reflective Digital using Figma as the main tool for collaboration.
