RedCode successfully partnered with the Croatian Gymnastics Federation, a national organization responsible for governing gymnastics in the country. They were tasked with creating a centralized digital platform that managed clubs, athletes, coaches and other stakeholders. Their goal was to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance by integrating the platform with the National Sports Information System (NISUS), and digitalizing key operational aspects such as competition registrations and results management.

RedCode was chosen as the tech-development provider because they offered good value for cost and were referred by a trusted source. They assembled a team of 2-5 members who worked closely with the client to create a detailed scope of work. The solutions provided included a centralized database, automated data synchronization through NISUS integration, licensing and membership management tools and medical records management for athletes. The service also included the creation of administration dashboards, reporting functionalities, and the provision of ongoing technical support.

The project achieved impressive results with efficient streamlined operations. The new platform revamped the federation’s data handling, improving accuracy and speed of event registration and results management. The reduction in administrative workload was significant due to the automated workflows. This digital transformation initiative has provided the Federation with a scalable long-term solution that supports its continuous growth and development while reducing manual handling and the potential for errors.
