RedCell conducted an assessment on campus to identify problem areas, then leased their equipment to the school and assisted in the setup. They also created a comprehensive technology plan, detailing necessary downloads and protocols to enhance security and efficiency. Moreover, they provided remote assistance for setting up safeguards on desktops and offered support for any issues encountered. The CEO, Tennyson, and the Director of Field Services, Alexa, were the main points of contact. The school has a multi-year contract with RedCell, paying a monthly fee of $2,000 since the partnership began in August 2016, and continues to work with them.
