Red Rock Tech was hired by a multinational building management systems company to develop an automated web/mobile application for accurate and efficient logging of employee work hours. The company previously relied on individual spreadsheets submitted via email, which was neither secure nor efficient. Red Rock Tech created a prototype app that could track various variables such as travel, programming, design, time devotion, and leave taken by employees. The app was later integrated with the company's ERP system for a unified view of all projects. The project ran from November 2016 to January 2017 and cost approximately $29,000 USD.
In another project, Red Rock Tech provided PHP development support to GLOBAL Technologies, an IT and telecom consultancy firm based in Paris. GLOBAL Technologies had a contract with the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) program which required PHP services to upgrade their website. Red Rock Tech added UX features to the front and backend of the site and developed a search tool on the backend. The project started in July 2014 and concluded in October 2015.
Lastly, Red Rock Tech was engaged by Brevco Services, an IT consulting firm, to develop a supplier portal that could manage an influx of consultant data and HR files due to significant company growth. The web-based tool developed by Red Rock Tech facilitated the management of funding for each engagement without being overcharged. The system also allowed suppliers to access information linked to their contracts, saving the HR team a lot of time. The project took place from 2017 to 2018 and cost around $60,000.
