Highlights from Recent Projects
Red Rock Tech was hired by a multinational building management systems company to develop an automated web/mobile app for tracking employee work hours. The app, which was designed to be more secure and accurate than the previously used spreadsheet system, allowed for the tracking of various variables, such as travel, programming, and design. The app was also designed to integrate with the company's enterprise resource plan (ERP) system, allowing for all projects to be monitored in one place. The project, which cost approximately $29,000, ran from November 2016 to January 2017, with occasional development requests still being made to Red Rock Tech.
GLOBAL Technologies, a Paris-based IT and telecom consultancy, contracted Red Rock Tech for PHP services to upgrade their website. The project involved adding UX features to both the front- and backend of the site, as well as developing a search tool for the backend. Red Rock Tech was chosen for their extensive portfolio in full spec PHP development and their flexibility with scheduling. The project began in July 2014 and concluded in October 2015.
Brevco Services, an IT consulting firm, hired Red Rock Tech to develop a supplier portal to manage their influx of consultant data and HR files. The web-based tool developed by Red Rock Tech facilitated the management of funding for each of the company's engagements, automatically subtracting invoiced amounts from purchase orders, and allowed suppliers to access contract information. The system also featured automatic billing and payment functionalities, enabling the export of payment files for bulk transfers. The project took place from 2017 to 2018 and cost approximately $60,000.
