Red Jumpers

Red Jumpers was hired by Muraha, a Ukrainian digital marketing agency, to recruit a qualified front-end developer with React.js experience. The company needed a specialist who could quickly integrate into their team and work on creating modern interfaces for their client's web applications. Red Jumpers conducted a thorough search for candidates in their database, conducted initial interviews, and organized technical interviews with the Muraha team. The client was satisfied with Red Jumpers' efficient communication and the technical skills of the candidates they provided.

In another project, Red Jumpers was engaged by UASOFTDEV, an IT services company, to find a web3 developer with fluent English who could visit their office in Poland. Red Jumpers found a suitable developer who was responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts, integrating blockchain technology with existing systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of blockchain applications. The engagement started in January 2025 and is still ongoing, with the client expressing satisfaction with Red Jumpers' services.

For a company that develops websites, web apps, and platforms, Red Jumpers was tasked with developing and deploying a robust NLP-driven system capable of understanding and processing Ukrainian and English text for sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and intent classification. The system was to be production-ready, scalable, and optimized for performance in real-world usage scenarios. Red Jumpers assigned 2-5 employees to this project and the client was pleased with the value for cost and the successful development of the NLP system.
