After some research, the company decided to use optical character recognition technology instead of barcodes. Red Fox Web Technologies developed a standalone hybrid app using Ionic that communicates with the company's existing progressive web apps through an API they built. The company spent around $2,000 on the project, which ran from August to mid-December 2020.

The goal was to create a website where customers could easily access information about programs and class schedules, reserve seats, and purchase class packages or memberships. The project was divided into three stages: design, development, and operation. Red Fox Web Technologies designed the website based on the client's vision, built the functionalities, and launched the site. The solution allows clients to reserve classes and purchase packages easily, and the company to track availability, monitor reservations, and modify them at clients’ requests.
