Highlights from Recent Projects
Red Foundry was hired by Dentologie, a dental company, to build a new mobile and web app infrastructure. The project included creating a patient-facing mobile application for scheduling dental appointments and collecting dental/medical history information, along with insurance details. The app was made available for both Android and iOS, with a web app scheduling tool that mirrored the mobile experience. Additionally, Red Foundry had to integrate the app with Dentologie's electronic medical records system, creating a scalable solution as the company expanded from 4 to 40+ offices. The team consisted of 6-10 employees from Red Foundry.
BellXcel, a nationally recognized nonprofit, employed Red Foundry to design and develop a seamless user-friendly web-app experience. The team of 2-5 employees from Red Foundry was tasked with creating a unified visual experience across the entire platform, including BellXcel’s learning products. The project also involved integrating a headless CMS (Contentful) to manage all of the learning content. The scope of work included user personas, user journeys, feature requirements, initial UI/UX wireframes, a clickable prototype, technical architecture, a high-level data model, and a project and Jira sprint plan.
Delivery First, a white-label restaurant food delivery company, hired Red Foundry to overhaul, redesign, and rebuild their driver app in React. The project aimed to improve input data to streamline operations and enhance employee efficiency. The scope of the project included a ground-up rebuild of the primary workforce app for the drivers. The goals were to build on a single code base, improve employee experience, improve delivery efficiency, and improve staff cost efficiency. The project team consisted of 6-10 employees from Red Foundry.
