Red Chair Designs LLC was contracted by a self-employed realtor for a large-scale apartment remodeling and interior design project. The realtor, who also manages properties, sought the expertise of Roxann, the owner and interior designer of Red Chair Designs, to remodel and design the holistic style of 32 apartment units in a building. The project began with a single unit that required extensive work. Roxann's involvement included finding a suitable contractor and designing all aspects of the units, from the cabinets to the appliances and fixtures. She also developed a replicable template for the design of all the units. The client appreciated Roxann's talent for spatial management and design, which led to the engagement. The project, which started in January 2020, is ongoing, with a little over $10,000 invested so far. The client communicates with a small team from Red Chair Designs, including Roxann and a technical assistant, both of whom have design experience.
