Recruithero

Recruithero was hired by Carmoola, a London-based car finance tech company, to recruit three Customer Success Managers and a Partnerships Manager for their on-site team. The goal was to receive pre-qualified candidates who met specific requirements in terms of both hard and soft skills. Recruithero was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing, culture fit, and good value for cost. They sourced candidates through various channels, conducted interviews, and provided a shortlist of well-qualified candidates. They also assisted with negotiations, onboarding of candidates, and checking in on mutual satisfaction levels. The project was successful, with Recruithero delivering on their promise of providing pre-qualified candidates who met the company's specific requirements.
