Recruit Champions successfully completed a recruitment process outsourcing project for Emumba, a software services company. Emumba sought the assistance of Recruit Champions to expedite their lengthy recruitment process for senior DevOps engineers, which was taking 4-5 months. Two team members from Recruit Champions were assigned to handle headhunting, initial screening, and coordination with Emumba's internal HR and candidates. They provided a weekly list of candidates that fit the job description well. The engagement began in February 2025 and by April, Recruit Champions had successfully filled the senior DevOps role. Following this success, Emumba entrusted Recruit Champions with more positions to fill. The partnership is currently on pause.
