Reckonsys

Reckonsys was hired by Enquirybot, a SaaS platform specializing in website chatbots and CRM, to build the front and back ends of their platform. The CEO of Enquirybot found Reckonsys through an online search and chose them due to their competitive pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. A team of 6-10 Reckonsys employees worked on the project, successfully building two SaaS platforms from scratch. The first product was launched in April 2020 and the second in January 2024, both designed to be scalable to thousands of customers.

In another project, Reckonsys was tasked with developing a law-specific, AI-customized chatbot for a software solutions company focused on SaaS solutions for immigration consultants. Reckonsys was chosen for their previous experience in implementing law-specific use cases. A small team of 2-5 employees was deployed for this project. The chatbot was designed with hybrid search functionality powered by ElasticSearch for high-accuracy results, efficient retrieval of relevant information from crawled documents, and integrated advanced modularity for seamless updates.

Modern Trade India, a company specializing in car audio, electronics, and accessories, engaged Reckonsys to design and integrate an app for their range of dash-cams. Reckonsys was recommended to the partner of Modern Trade India and was selected for their great culture fit. A team of 2-5 employees worked on this project, creating a Reactive Native Mobile Application to integrate the company's Dash Cams for different types of chipsets, based on WiFi protocol. The scope of work included development, testing, and deployment.
