Rebranding Experts

Rebranding Experts successfully aided 1Concier, a Miami-based national company, in merging three businesses into one cohesive brand. The project involved the development of a new brand name, identity, and value proposition that reflected the values and heritage of the original companies. Rebranding Experts were responsible for creating the brand, messaging, and internal and external launch plans for the merger. They also facilitated workshops with board members and senior executives, created email campaigns, press releases, and secured an exclusive interview for the company's CEO with a key industry publication. Despite challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rebranding Experts effectively navigated through the situation using change management practices and consistent communication. The project, which ran from December 2020 to July 2021, was slightly over the timeline but successfully managed to address all the challenges and priorities of the organization. The total investment for this project was between $60,000 and $80,000.
