Rebranding Experts

Rebranding Experts was approached by 1Concier, a national company based in Miami, Florida, to assist with the development of a new brand identity during the merger of three companies. The challenge was to create a brand name, identity, and value proposition that could encapsulate the values and heritage of the three original companies. Rebranding Experts developed the brand, messaging, and internal and external launch plan for the merger. They held workshops with board members and senior executives, created email campaigns and press releases, and secured an exclusive interview for the CEO with a key industry publication. The project ran slightly over the timeline due to the need to manage internal communication pre and post-rebranding, especially in light of layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Rebranding Experts effectively navigated this environment and guided the company through the launch using change management practices. The project ran from December 2020 to July 2021, with an investment of between $60,000–$80,000.
