The platform was designed to assist endurance coaches in managing athletes, groups, workout programs, and track athlete progress. Additionally, the platform included features for collecting money, an e-store, and more. The vendor was chosen for their ability to handle challenges such as UI/UX issues, load issues, and their proficiency in providing non-existing solutions. They were also appreciated for their communication skills, professionalism, and understanding of the business side of the project.

The scope of work included all web client-side tasks, which followed a structured process of requirement gathering, design, estimation, and performance.
