Highlights from Recent Projects
RebelDot was hired by Grundfos, the world's largest manufacturer of pumps, to boost their digital strategy and develop multiple digital IoT offerings. The team at RebelDot worked alongside Grundfos' internal teams on a range of projects, from creating a service portal for managing multiple IoT devices/assets, to developing consumer native apps and digital offerings to interface with larger industrial systems. At the peak of their engagement, RebelDot had 20-25 full-time employees working on the project, ranging from juniors to senior leads. They were selected through an extensive selection process for their competence, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and fast-paced culture.
In another project, RebelDot worked with BitStone, a Romanian software company, to develop the blockchain components of a fintech application. The task involved technical design and development of blockchain components for a risk protection marketplace, including the development of smart contracts, providing support for web integration, managing documentation, and preparing for a security audit. The RebelDot team was chosen for its geographical proximity, alignment of company values, and was referred to BitStone.
RebelDot was also engaged by Boost Eat, a white-label ordering system provider for restaurants, to improve the UI/UX for mobile and web platforms. RebelDot was tasked with developing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for Boost Eat's application. This involved designing user interfaces, establishing user experience flows, creating prototypes, conducting usability testing, and implementing specific design elements and functionalities. The deliverables included wireframes, user flow diagrams, a functional prototype, design assets, style guides, and usability testing reports. RebelDot was selected due to their high ratings, geographical proximity, cost-effectiveness, cultural fit, and company values alignment.
