Reaktiv was hired by Purdue University to build a content hub aimed at increasing engagement and content consumption. The project was led by the Director of Web Strategy at Purdue University, after a failed launch with a different development partner. Reaktiv was chosen for their expertise in WordPress development. They collaborated with the in-house team at Purdue to vet the design and strategy, craft technical specifications, and lead the development and QA work. The project involved a team of around five people from Reaktiv, including a business developer, project manager, principal developer, senior developers, and QA testers.

In another project, Reaktiv was contracted by a travel program run by a large media company to manage their travel website and improve their online digital products and customer experience. They were tasked with solving challenging tracking issues tied to Google Ads and Google Analytics. Reaktiv successfully managed the technical needs for the company's WordPress VIP website, providing proactive communication and timely solutions to the challenges faced by the company. The team at Reaktiv was able to quickly solve a challenging cross-domain tracking issue that a previous agency had failed to resolve. The company continues to work with Reaktiv, spending $52,000 a year on a retainer contract.

Reaktiv was also hired by a media company specializing in service journalism to develop the initial version of its CMS. The company chose Reaktiv for their extensive experience with WordPress. For almost five years, Reaktiv provided a full-time senior software engineer for one of the company's engineering teams. The engineer contributed to various applications, including a custom WordPress CMS, a node.js data layer application, and a React front-end. The engineer was treated as a full member of the team, participating in team ceremonies and contributing to project scoping as well as hands-on coding.
