ReadyBase provided IT staffing and support for Snapshot Interactive, a digital marketing agency. The company was experiencing high turnover and needed a flexible way to quickly fill resource gaps. ReadyBase stepped in, selecting and providing developers and project managers for both temporary and permanent roles. They worked closely with the VP of Digital, ensuring that the candidates they provided had the specific technical skills required. The VP of Digital reported that ReadyBase was responsive from the outset and has continued to rely on their services since the partnership began in November 2017. The engagement has cost between $250,000 and $500,000 over the years.

ReadyBase also worked with Zander Insurance Group, providing IT staffing and consulting services. The insurance agency did not have an in-house technology or development team and their website was experiencing frequent downtime. ReadyBase's consultants analyzed Zander's needs before providing short-run developers to build out the necessary websites, focusing primarily on the backend infrastructure. As a result, two new websites were created and their primary website was completely overhauled. ReadyBase then worked to find long-term solutions, vetting and providing frontend developers, backend developers, and a graphic designer. They hired three full-time employees as a result of ReadyBase's consultant work. The engagement, which began in November 2017, is ongoing and has cost between $250,000 and $500,000.
