Ready to Launch Research was hired by La Salle College Preparatory to understand the school's position in the Los Angeles private high school market, understand why students and families enroll at the school, and identify areas for improvement in terms of product, branding, and positioning. The research firm conducted both qualitative and quantitative research, surveying and interviewing current and prospective students and parents, families who declined the school's offer of admission, and families considering private schools in the region. The results were presented in a detailed executive summary, a breakdown by each constituency, and strategic recommendations for improvement.

Pearson, a lifelong education company, hired Ready to Launch Research to identify industries investing in employee education, identify growth opportunities for B2B education services, and uncover challenges for HR professionals and employed students related to continuing education. The research firm executed a three-part research plan which included desk research to understand industry spending on employee education, social listening insights, and focus groups of HR professionals and employed students.
