Reach Digital was contracted by McMaster University Center for Continuing Education to assist with the transition from traditional advertising to digital. The university, which provides professional development and for-credit courses for individuals looking to upgrade their skills or shift careers, needed help with managing their large volume of marketing and keeping up with Google's ever-changing algorithms and features. Reach Digital focused on enhancing website performance, setting up new Google AdWords campaigns, maximizing search shares within the budget, conducting site tests, and assisting with basic content management. The collaboration, which started in April 2015, is ongoing and costs around $40,000 annually.

In another project, Reach Digital was hired by a barbecue retail chain to modernize their SEO strategies and improve their e-commerce site. The company, which was preparing to launch a fifth store, wanted to explore new digital strategies beyond AdWords. Reach Digital, with their comprehensive understanding of the project, handled the company's SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and assisted in setting up display ads on the site. The partnership, which began in September 2014, costs approximately $20,000 annually, including ad spending, and is still ongoing.
