RDA was contracted by a global law firm to update and modernize their outdated website. The project began with defining the requirements, establishing a budget and a timeline. Over a seven-month period, RDA worked in phases, developing the website page by page until completion. The final phase involved transitioning content from the old site to the new one, ensuring a smooth launch. The new website, built on Sitecore, was made compatible with Android and iOS devices and featured a new search functionality using Coveo. Personalization features were also added, allowing the website components to be customized based on user characteristics. The team composition typically consisted of 5-10 people, including project managers, web developers, and web designers. The project, which ran from May 2020 to April 2021, was highly praised by the firm for RDA's expertise in Sitecore and their deep understanding of the firm's needs. The investment for this project ranged between $500,000-$1 million.
