The tool was designed to post on multiple platforms, have the capability to send emails and SMS, and discourage negative reviews. The project was led by Mike, the owner of Razor Sharp Consulting. The selection of Razor Sharp was influenced by their excellent reputation in Calgary and their competitive quotes.

For a social media company, Razor Sharp Consulting developed a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms. The app included a notification system with real-time communication. The project was initiated in July 2018 and was led by Mike, the president of Razor Sharp Consulting. The decision to hire Razor Sharp was based on a referral.

Razor Sharp Consulting was engaged by a mental health counselling group to create a custom-built invoicing platform. The aim was to eliminate manual invoicing. The platform was designed to fetch real-time data from the scheduling system, create outgoing invoices based on all appointments separated by client name, and also create an incoming invoicing platform for counsellors to bill the group. The project was handled by a single person from Razor Sharp Consulting. The vendor was selected based on their ability to create an almost autonomous platform using the scheduling system's API.
