Highlights from Recent Projects
Raygun was hired by Space 4 Art, a nonprofit organization providing affordable work/live and studio space for San Diego artists, to update their outdated website and professionalize their fundraising efforts. The project included a brand refresh, a comprehensive photo/video shoot, and the design of a new website using a Squarespace template. The project culminated with a training session for Space 4 Art staff. The project was completed by the Cofounder/Design Director of Raygun. The organization praised Raygun for their understanding of their mission and the best price offer among the three proposals they received.
San Diego Design Week, an event presented by Mingei International Museum, engaged Raygun for the design and implementation of a website for their inaugural event in September 2020. The website, designed to be fully bilingual in English-Spanish, was the main point for attendees to experience the programs. The project involved strategy, website design, content entry, and website launch. Raygun's two principals and a project designer worked on the project. The client appreciated Raygun's impressive knowledge of accessibility and functionality, and their involvement within the larger community of design, arts, and nonprofit organizations.
Asian Law Caucus, a legal nonprofit organization, hired Raygun for a complete website redesign. The project involved reworking branding, colors, and platform language, and developing a new brand guide. The project was completed by three members of Raygun's team. The client was impressed with Raygun's previous work with nonprofit organizations, their beautiful designs for social justice organizations, and their experience with big resource libraries. The project lasted from April to December 2021, with an investment of around $30,000.
