Rato Communications was hired by a Data & Analytics Provider to deliver Employer Branding Services. As a Senior Project Manager for People & Culture, the client was seeking to define their Employer Value Proposition, create materials to simplify their message for managers and candidates, and develop a Culture Deck to present their employer branding and company culture. Rato Communications, led by Reuben, helped them define and implement their employer branding on their careers page, interview guidelines, and culture deck. The client had previously worked with Reuben and trusted his expertise for this project.

In another project, Rato Communications was hired by Ramco Systems, a company that builds software products for enterprises, for content writing. The Global Head - Brand & Content Marketing of Ramco Systems found Rato Communications through a referral and was impressed by their ideology and thinking. The team from Rato, consisting of 2-5 employees, provided content writing services and helped establish a content strategy. The client appreciated the ideologies and strategies that Rato Communications brought to the table.
