Rare Design Group worked with the Dance House, a nonprofit performing arts organization based in Vancouver, to develop their brand from scratch. They engaged in numerous discussions to understand the organization's value proposition and cultural stance. Rare Design designed their logo and creative assets, focusing on creating a timeless aesthetic that would help the organization stand out in Vancouver's rich cultural community. The collaboration began in January 2008 and continues to this day, with a total investment of approximately $78,000 USD.

Parkgate Society, a nonprofit community services agency, hired Rare Design Group for web development and branding services. Initially, the project was focused on website development, but it soon expanded to include a rebranding initiative. Rare Design quickly understood the organization's spirit and services, and within two weeks, they presented a new brand look that was well-received. They provided a Brand Kit and all necessary brand assets, and continued with the website design, which was successfully launched along with the new brand in June 2020 despite the challenges of the pandemic.

Rare Design Group was hired by a nonprofit organization supporting individuals affected by eating disorders for a rebranding and website redesign project. The organization chose Rare Design because of their budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, and value for cost. The project included logo creation, digital flyer and letterhead design, website landing page creation, and usage guidelines. The company rebrand involved logo design, letterhead and business card design, and usage guidelines. The website redevelopment included an exploration meeting, information architecture and content creation, prototype build and usability testing, site construction, and a public site launch.
