The Rare Design Group was hired by Parkgate Society, a nonprofit community services agency, for web development and branding services. The team from Rare Design took the project of building a new website and creating a new brand identity for the organization. They initially spent time understanding the organization's old website, what needed to be kept, and what new elements were required. Upon realizing the need for a new brand identity, they presented a new look within two weeks, which was well-received by the organization. They then proceeded with the website design with this new branding. Despite the pandemic, they successfully launched the new website and introduced the new brand to the community in early June 2020.

Dance House, a nonprofit performing arts organization, sought the expertise of Rare Design Group for their branding needs. The team at Rare Design helped the organization define their brand right from the start. They designed the logo and creative assets and built out the general look and aesthetic feel of the visual elements of their brand. They ensured the creation of a timeless brand that would stand out among other arts organizations in Vancouver's rich and complex cultural community. The collaboration started back in January 2008 and is still active.

Rare Design Group was also engaged by a nonprofit organization supporting individuals affected by eating disorders for a rebrand and web design project. They were selected due to their pricing fitting the organization's budget, great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment of company values. The scope of work included a company rebrand, creation of logos, letterheads, business cards, and usage guidelines. They also undertook a website redevelopment project with the deliverable timeline stretching from July to December 2021.
