Rare Crew

Rare Crew was hired by Endeavor LLC, a global entertainment, sports, and content company, to build end-to-end business intelligence solutions and data apps to support business processes. A team of 15 from Rare Crew worked on over 40 projects, designing and implementing data integration solutions using various technologies. They used SSIS to connect and transfer data between systems, and leveraged technologies like Databricks, Azure, and Snowflake to optimize data storage, processing, and analytics. Power BI was used for data visualization, while Pyspark and Airflow automated data workflows. The project resulted in robust ETL pipelines, data warehousing solutions, and interactive Power BI reports, streamlining Endeavor's data processes and enhancing their analytics capabilities.

A global sports and culture company hired Rare Crew to upgrade and modernize their 9-year-old approvals web platform and mobile app using Angular technology. The project also aimed to enhance user experience through functional and workflow improvements in the UI, and consolidate three existing platform versions into a single system to reduce costs. A team of 6-10 employees from Rare Crew was assigned to this project, and their work resulted in a significantly improved and consolidated platform that offered better performance and user experience, while also reducing hosting, support, and maintenance costs.

Endeavor hired Rare Crew to develop an in-house application dedicated to conducting thorough risk assessments. The scope of work involved the seamless integration with external databases to enhance data accuracy and accessibility. A team of 2-5 employees from Rare Crew worked on this project, delivering a robust software solution tailored for Endeavor's specific needs. The result was a streamlined and effective risk assessment process, demonstrating Rare Crew's ability to deliver high-quality, custom software solutions.
