Rara Labs

Rara Labs was hired by BIC Technology to develop a cloud-based accounting system for small businesses in Nepal. The project involved the creation of the system's overall architecture and the development of its first version. The team at Rara Labs, consisting of 2 senior developers, 3 backend developers, 2 designers, and 2 frontend developers, used PostgresSql for the database, Golang as the backend language, and react as the front-end language. The project commenced with a thorough discussion on the software's features and functions, after which the design team created mockups and then the development team started the actual software development.

In another project, Rara Labs was contracted by Gokyo Labs Pvt Ltd to develop Gokyo Reconciler, a custom software aimed at automating data matching for the banking, insurance, and corporate sectors. The software was designed to reduce operational costs, increase productivity, and improve data security among other benefits. The 7-member core team from Rara Labs, including two project managers, a designer, three senior developers, and one junior developer, built the software on a three-tier architecture, using PostgreSQL v 11.4 as the database server, Python and Golang for the business layer, and React Framework for the presentation layer. The software was developed following a set of principles to ensure customer involvement, incremental delivery, people-centered approach, adaptability to change, and simplicity.
