Rara Labs was hired by BIC Technology to develop a cloud-based accounting system for small businesses in Nepal. The team at Rara Labs was responsible for the overall system architecture and the development of the first version of the software. The project was executed using PostgresSql for the database, Golang as the backend language, and React as the frontend language. A team of nine professionals from Rara Labs, including senior developers, backend developers, designers, and frontend developers, collaborated on this project. The project was successful, with the first version of the software being developed as planned.
In a separate project, Rara Labs partnered with Gokyo Labs Pvt Ltd to create a custom software called 'Gokyo Reconciler'. This software is an automated data matching application aimed at automating the reconciliation process for banking, insurance, and corporate sectors. The software was developed using PostgreSQL v 11.4 as the database server, Python and Golang for the business layer, and React Framework for the presentation layer. The project team consisted of two project managers, a designer, three senior developers, and one junior developer from Rara Labs. The project was successful, resulting in a rule-based reconciliation software that requires minimal manual intervention and meets minimum-security standards.
