The company, based in Switzerland, found Rapidfacture through a competitor and was impressed by their industry experience and understanding of their complex calculation problem. The project began with two workshops, followed by the creation of a specification and an offer. Rapidfacture then developed the basic framework, incorporating the client's feedback and adjustments. The project was overseen by the vendor's managing director and a developer, with the support of a sales representative. The web shop and internal calculation structure have greatly simplified and standardized the company's creation of offers and calculations.
