Ralabs

Ralabs was hired by a digital marketing agency to develop iOS and Android applications from scratch for their end client. The Ralabs team, consisting of 4-5 members including their CEO and a lead developer, worked closely with the client to define the project steps and deliver a work breakdown structure with tasks, budget items, and a timeline. The project was completed within the same year, from the first to the fourth quarter of 2023, and the end client approved the budget.

Choosing Therapy, a media company specializing in mental health, behavioral health, relationships, and parenting, engaged Ralabs to build a provider directory. The team of 6-10 employees at Ralabs developed the directory from scratch, integrating it with Google, Outlook, and Apple calendars, Google Maps, Monday.com, and other tools. The site was optimized for search, and enabled sign-up and self-onboarding by providers, as well as being serviceable by an admin team.

UAMASTER, a top-ranked digital agency, contracted Ralabs for a website update, specifically the development of new features. The Ralabs team of 2-5 employees conducted a detailed analysis of the current platform and proposed features. They developed a comprehensive project plan that included all necessary steps, key deliverables, and marketing tools. Throughout the project, Ralabs provided regular updates and ensured all the client's requirements were met.
