RailsCarma was contracted by an IT Consulting company, InstaCarma, to develop a web portal and application. The application was built using Ruby on Rails and was intended to serve as a content-based e-commerce platform for U.S. users. The platform allowed users to search for jails, prisoners, and relevant articles. Prisoners could create profiles and communicate with other prisoners, while their friends and relatives could also communicate with them by various means, such as phone calls, letters, and messages. They could also purchase and send magazines to prisoners. All these services were available for purchase on the website. RailsCarma assigned two Ruby on Rails developers and a project manager to this project. The client was satisfied with the reasonable hourly rates and the skill set of the RailsCarma team.

In another project, RailsCarma was hired by Carmatec to develop an online platform offering marketing and business conversion Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for small to medium-sized businesses. They were selected for their strong online presence, positive reviews, and budget-friendly rates. A project manager and two senior Ruby on Rails developers were assigned to the project.
